There is no chance of that happening.
As Wallet said in his meeting Revs ticks all the boxes that he has asked of him and kept the side up in League One for another season.
Wallet knows we need a goal scorer but is realistic enough to realise that any good ones are well out of our pay range.
My only concern is what players are out of contract at the end of the season and I can’t see Revs having much clout in getting any half decent players in for next season.
We will struggle next season and if even after eight games and we are without many points Wallet will need to bite the bullet and sack him.
Who he appoints next will be a defining moment in our league history.

Attendances will fall because of the shit entertainment that Revellball provides. We have the second-lowest home attendance in the division. No surprise given we are a small club but what is worrying is that relegation-threatened Crawley, a club of similar size and stature, average a few hundred more. Given that away fans from the big clubs oop norf have further to travel to Crawley than us, then that is a concern. Revellball is soul destroying to watch. It's painful. Fans will vote with their pockets unless things change

Do we really want another REVELL side assembled for season 25/26?
Bad enough this season

the damage has been done for this season and will show in next seasons ticket sales.
Revell should have gone by christmas but the club did not want to rock the boat.
we need a few new players about 6 would do, pending who stays as there seems to be some dead wood.
a new manager is needed now so he has time to tap players for next season.

If we get a new manager we probably won't need as many player changes.
If we get 10 new players that can play Revell's way then we won't need a change of manager.
Not sure which is easier or more likely to lead to improvement.

Simplest solution is to become Liverpool or Man City fans.

Even the richest club in the UK and possibly the world can't get it right...and thats having £zillions at their disposal...fancy being a Manchester United supporter nowadays?
Put it this way, if Revs can work within PW's budget and give us nights like Cambridge away and a few other highlights like Wrexham, Barnsley etc then that is one hell of a high.
Please remember we've only been the club that we know for 49 years. Some clubs in our league have been going for 100 years plus. We've come a long way in such a short time and we are solvent!

So what are we moaning about?

Still only solvent thanks to the money that Wallace puts in as loans, new share issues and sponsorship (Lamex).
Very few (if any) owners below Premier League level are making any money from it.

I fear it's not just a goalscorer we need now. A cb, preferably one with pace, is high up the list now for me now. I'd have TVC back in a heartbeat if Burton go down, but no doubt he's on a long contract on decent money.

I believe we have the players, it just the wrong system. Rev's is trying to force players into his system, rather than find an actual system that suits them.

No shots on target in a game where the result didn't matter that much. That's Revball!
Some more crazy tactical decisions just for good fun!
Over to you to come take him Rotherham...

He’s here next season. May as well just back him.
I don’t particularly want to judge him on the up coming results, as it’s clear the players do not give a fuck anymore.

Of course the players care, if only because they seek new contracts and pay rises and/or a move away. It's their job, FFS.
It's the fans who are in danger of not giving a fuck any more, at least this one. I've never felt this disengaged before.
Revball is sucking the lifeblood out of the club. Evens Chuds is bored by it.

My football team doesn't have shots on target or score goals, but are (ignoring last night) solid defensively and don't give up many goals.
My baseball team doesn't get hits or score runs, but are good at pitching and not giving up many runs.
I clearly just hate entertainment.

I'd argue it's more Revball being the issue.
I'm hoping we click over pre-season and we turn into this season's Wycombe
