Playing 'Devils Advocate' here - If the women play more games at the LKamex, does that mean that Spurs U21's will play elsewhere, because all these extra games is going to effect the actual pitch??

I'm guessing this one is only being played there because the Birmingham game got postponed so the pitch has little use at the moment and we're now into good grass growing weather so no impact on it
Won't happen in December

Nah, if we are going to prioritise it has to be Spurs U21, unless the women are going to give us the money Spurs do, which is rather lucrative.

The article (now) says you don't get in for nothing.
That benefit only applies at Letchworth County Ground.

Yeah .Realise not big thing , but little sweetners like this plus the now abandoned odd free pre season fr might help to attract or keep more ST holders.TBF there is now an offer to bring a friend for free to Crawley game But a possible question PW at the fans forum.

I would be amazed if anybody considered buying a ST because it included free entry to the women's team, or to a PSF (albeit annoying that has now gone as I used to attend a home one with that because I had it, but now don't bother and just go to the away ones instead as they are actually enjoyable).

Agree may not be decided solely on that but this type of thing could be part of a package to attract new fans.

I'd imagine playing ladies games at Lethcworth is probably 90% unpaid staff doing stewarding, with an FA subsidy for other costs as the ground is a community asset. We are playing most home games there because it's a good ground and it's relatively cheap for what you get.
Given we have ground licence conditions and a full safety advisory group I'd imagine opening even just the West stand at The Lamex is quite a bit more expensive in terms of fixed minimum staffing costs.
There's a balance between promoting the women's game and minimising losses. Hopefully a decent turnout, which encourages further 'home' games.

On the Letchworth thing we also use it to some extent for the Academy lads, see them quite often when traveling through .
