The latest accounts have been released here:
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/02901467/filing-history
Show a movement in accumulated profit and loss of minus £814,865 but I think that will include the dividend paid on 'Tifosy' shares, so more like a £740,000 loss for the year to 31 May 2024.
We don't know from these limited accounts whether the movement includes other dividends taken but my own view would be not.
The balance sheet still looks strong at just over £2m net assets.
During the year Mr Wallace put in an extra £1m by way of a share issue.

If you make a trading loss yes no Corporation Tax but you might still have a negative balance sheet but make a trading profit then CT applies.None of this alters PAY Tax _NIC or VAT which is due whatever trading result is.

So Phil put in a round million, and we lost 740k of it.
I assume he chucked that million in expecting to lose all or most of it.
Wonder who we targetted but didn't get for the other 260k, or whether we had that banked for goal bonuses that never got paid.

There's still time for Reid to wrack up another 20 goals before the end of the season, on the training ground at least.

But PW is "tight" and "always takes the cheap option", and we should spend loads of money on these magical amazing players who would definitely sign for us to get us promoted, rather than having to rely on players with injury history, are unproven, or are trying to step up from levels below, to compliment our core of middle of the road L1 players, who by their very nature are going to be reliable but unspectacular, or inconsistent.

Any idea how to infer the amount that Rotherham spunked on getting Evans from the accounts?
Either way, that looks like #PWgenius
