Wallace is virtually American from a business perspective, he will be very well connected and will undoubtedly have tried to secure investment without relinquishing control.
Eventually he'll sell and retire to Jersey. When he does I'd put money on a US owner.

As long as they run the club well I don't care what nationality they are.

Anyone not born within 2 miles of BHW should not be considered as viable.

If they have the right people around them, and dont get overly involved in the football side of things it will be fine.
Annoyingly, The Wrexham owners are a good example.

Yeah but what happens if they decide interested anymore and money runs out, Rushden a good example when Griggs left.

As long as they don't demand their money back the club would be fine, albeit their "fairytale rise" might falter.
They have some big wages to pay for the next 1-2 years of existing contracts but their profile is such that plenty of rich potential buyers would be interested and could absorb that as they migrate to a new level of sustainability.
