That’s what some people will be saying after the last few performances. Some might also say the cheap option manager has collapsed like a card tower. The same people might also be questioning if Revs has lost the dressing room and is unable to tactically win a game.
It’s not me saying this. Just the general vibe I was getting from the fans today.

If only for that ridiculous decision to go 5 at the back with Roberts at left back with 20 mins to go. We went from a game largely under control to sitting back in the box and willing Guisely to come at us with the inevitable result that they scored.

We'd go for another cheap option like Steve Morison, Cheap and knows the club and Wallace would hope the lack of Smiling from him would divert the attention from poor performances.

Revs has had plenty of mentors at one time or another, without any sign that it is the answer. I have no idea if the current number two is part of the problem, but he doesn't seem to be part of the solution. If he is in any way responsible for our current 'style', then it is definitely the former.

No way , we just got a dramatic win on penalties against a team that were much better than us . Shows the players have the desire to up their level at the end of the game and win it . We can only beat what's in front of us and despite their better clear cut chances they couldn’t finish us off so surely that’s a great sign of many more performances like this to come .

I don't think he's lost the players - they're still committed and want to win. But he is really lacking ideas tactically, and our inability to create chances against a team like Guiseley is terrifying. Reading and B'ham next in the league and we've got one fit defender...

I question whether the players fear any repercussions from playing poorly. They may like and respect him, but I reckon they get away with a lot more and standards that other managers wouldn't stand for.

Some managers motivate through the carrot, some through the stick.
The more modern coach will always be an arm round the shoulder encourager. The sports science psychologists are almost all in favour of that as a management style for athletics coaching - individual not team sport events.
Whether that works best in the alpha male ultra competitive environment of Pro team sports I have no idea.
