Really impressed by our recruitment. Different strengths for different situations. Revs is making great use of the diversity of our squad.
FWIW Phillips is all about sharpness. Sharp into the tackle; snappy passing. Core skill is breaking up play. He'll benefit from game time.

Don't have a problem with the other changes, and understand White needs a rest, but Phillips has offered literally nothing in any game this season. I can't think of one part of his game that is 'good'.

White is overrated anyway. Although Phillips hasn't exactly impressed. The standard of Scottish football must be really shit.
