For those of us that were at the game the way they made him try and walk from the halfway line from the other side of the pitch without any help was a disgrace by the club.
They should have made him stay on the pitch until he got stretchered off. It has made his injury worse.
Lets hope he makes a full recovery.

The article says Sweeney is out until the end of the year too.
Wonder if we will look to bring in a young CB loan like Finley Burns.
(Like how they've spelt update in the link, if they correct it the link won't work)

Has not loan window closed so , as Mersey mentions , would have to be free Agent ?

Or a free agent on a short-term contract up to January?
Not sure about going 3 months with only 3 fit CBs (Pidge, Freestone, N Thompson).

Yep, it is a big concern, which I said the second Goode went down.
Leaves us with either somebody slow but at least right footed beside Pidge if we go NT, or two left-sided players so one has to play on their unnatural side if we go Freestone. Or we play a back five with Pidge central. We can't even play Luther at CB (where he had played a few times) because Kane Smith is injured!

This is why we signed 5 million centre backs.
Although, i think Freestone struggled today.
