If you're not travelling, have no tv access and want to watch today's match, it's showing live at the Marquis of Lorne in the High Street where Mark and Natasha will give you a warm welcome.

The 'other' Marquis (Granby) also said they're showing all the stevenage games on Sky this season too:

Good to see the local pubs getting behind the team too

I mowed mine this morning. First time in about 2 months as it didn't seem to grow at all. Usually have to do it fortnightly.

Should slow right down .by end of August, dry month.
May/June are peak mow months.
Only thing growing in August and September here are seed carrying grasses and weeds.

It didn't grow for almost the whole of July and August and just suddenly grew a little in the last 2 weeks to need a cut. Not been getting value for money for my green bin this year.

No green bins here.
Chuck it into the field at the end of rhe garden for the cows or leave it uncollected, rots down so you can't see it within 3-4 days, circle of life innit.
Tend to leave the hedgerows and a strip down the side longer as sunflowers dandelions are still just about flowering and plenty of big carpenter bees about.
