Yep, as Statto said, it’s the Safety Officer’s decision, which I assume was due to lots of Barnsley fans leaving early and then waiting around outside the away end and BHS waiting for their coaches.

Not his call, the SO made the call towards the end of the 90 not to open Exits 2 (middle) or 3 (South end of East).
