We should have had 2 stonewall penalties first half.
He gives them a free kick every time they fall over.
Usual shite referee.

Nope, it's not great viewing.
Look a little better without Simpson, Phillips and Sweeney in the team and slowly growing into the game. Once again chance creation is an issue.
The ref is the worst I've seen for many seasons. Can't stand him.

Funny what happens when you have midfielders in that can play football and not Sweeney, Phillips and Simpson in the team.
Roberts best game for an age, actually putting in a shift.
Freestone looks better than Butler at lb on current form.
Only downside was Young. Either doesn't look up to standard, not up to speed fitness wise or simply us not using him effectively.

I thought the whole idea was to play Young and Kemp together, yet Kemp was benched and Young came off just after half time. Still, with a 3-0 I'm not complaining!

Even the subs look fired up.
Based on this showing, King has made a massive difference to the team for me.

Goode and Pidge were awesome together. Outstanding performance defensively; game of two 'alves going forward.

Agreed. Defence as whole looked solid, but Pidge and Goode were superb. Goode's quality is obvious: reads game so well, great touch and lovely weight of pass. Pidge MoM for me - no words do him justice.
Reidy being back made such a difference. Drops deep, works channels, makes a crap pass into a good one. And always a threat.
For me Revs' game management was superb today. List was the right sub at the right time. They were slowwwww, particularly at the back, and Elliott gave them hell. Also the four, brave substitutions (a la Evans!) to add fresh, mobile legs.
It comes as *zero* surprise that Young isn't up to speed. He needs time on the training ground. His recent interview shows he knows this. He'll come good.
Great day all round.
