That's not going to happen. The club worked very closely with top designers to come up with this ground breaking design. Lots of money spent so a change back's a non runner.

Don't forget the new badge had input from the supporters before it was approved by the top brass. Very odd as not many of us, if any, like the new badge.

A select few fans who the club knew would just go along with it were 'consulted' on it.
Personally think something as important as a name change or badge change should be consulted on with the whole fan base rather than just put through based on the view of one person (name change), or some cherry-picked people (badge change), but there we go.
My view won't ever be altered on either, I preferred Stevenage Borough as it was unique, and hugely preferred the previous badge as it was awesome and the new one is dogshit, I don't care whether it is easier to use for marketing or merchandise.

My preference is Stevenage Borough and the old crest too.
I could almost live with just Stevenage but why the heck does our club always have to put FC after the name! Every time I see FC, it makes me grimace. If they want plain and simple, as in the badge then drop the FC. I think we all know its a football club.

I wonder if there are others who are like I am with badges . Like my football , like all the stats , etc that go with it and if I see a photo of a ground I’d have a decent chance of getting the right answer . Badges on the other hand i don’t know hardly anyone’s , not even ours really- just wondering.
