I know this has probably been asked before, but do ifollow still provide broadcasts of every match internationally or has the service stopped completely?

They do.

If you are using a UK registered phone on a 4G phone network abroad you can't get video, as the server recognises your phone as UK registered, so you can only access the normal £2.50 audio coverage.

If you can log into the local WiFi then you can get both audio or video.
