Hmm... interesting.

Given our results so far, this says everything about our solid defence and our non existent strike force.

It’s a defensive stat. Says nothing about our attack at all.

We just signed 2 new strikers.

Let's give it some time, yeah?

Yes I take your point and agree - my observation is that the "strikers" who have not been injured and have played so far e.g. List and Simpson, simply haven't cut it.
I would love it if those two come good as well as injured Reidy and Pressley and the two last minute transfer window guys.

Well, with this defensive record, we will only need to score the odd goal per game to win matches.
Once all of our strikers are fit and battling for places, we'll be champions by Christmas.
Go for it Revs!

I worked something out once when I was bored in Revs first spell. Had we scored one when we scored none turning 0-0's into 1-0's and 1-0's into 1-1's we'd have been 7th. Can't remember the details now !!

From memory they were good chances as well that were missed.

I said after the Lincoln game that it was the sort of game we would nick 1-0 under Evans in the first part of last season but now we are (marginally) losing it 1-0.

I think we picked up a lot of points like that by winning games that might normally be draws, particularly in that L2 season with all those late goals. Made a huge difference.

It's the fine margins and hopefully we can be on the right side of them once the full squad has "gelled".

Actually the striker situation is relevant, injuries 3 ? One not yet played and 2 others could be better .
