Seems to have not been many matches to get the players ready, four so far if you include the bcd at Luton. Nothing this weekend and as was stated by Revs a different eleven for each of the Braintree and Chelsea matches, so effectively one more match. Given that it was said in Revs last interview that we’re “halfway” through pre-season then presumably there must be some more bcd matches. Otherwise you have to question whether the players will have enough “minutes in their legs” before Shrewsbury.

Eight matches, the same number as usual.
Three home (Watford, Coventry, Chelsea U21), two away (Jersey, Braintree) and three BCD (last Tuesday, the Tuesday before, and this weekend).
