So Mr Southgate is going. So who do we think will make the next manager? Foreign or British? My only criteria is a getting someone who can get our lads to play as a team, something that Southgate failed to do as well as putting some balls into a side who often gave far to much respect to their opposition. I want someone who can make our team boss the park, own the game.

Never mind the nice words that are coming from all sides, he palpably failed. I await the FA's decision with interest.

Pochettino.

Southgate didn’t fail in any way. The football wasn’t the best but the bloke got us closer to winning something than we have been in years, three times.

I'm not sure The FA are going to employ someone who is not going to take no shit from them, whatever that is supposed to mean.

I'd employ Sarina Wiegman just so we can watch Joey Barton actually explode live on YouTube, as that's the only place he can spill his bile now
