For a few of us our preseason starts today.

We have all been following our training packs since the end of last season to get us back in shape for today.

Unfortunately @woolly hats revenge has failed his fitness test and is unable to go (dodgy chicken). I personally feel that is just an excuse and he is signing for Crawley in the next 48 hours.

The weather looks good for the day so hopefully a few pints will be sunk and winners found.

Anyone else starting their preseason today?

He was not there!!!

A great time was had by all we sunk a few pints and won a bundle.

We all followed our training plans and are fit and ready for the new season.

Roll on Jersey and the start of the season.
