We'd be non-league (or possibly even bust) without Wallace and the millions he's put in. Not to mention that he provided the biggest playing budget in the club's history this season.
Unfortunately the money being spent in the EFL now is bordering on insanity. It wouldn't shock me if a few clubs go the way of Bury and Macclesfield if their owners get bored or are in financial difficulty.
Please go ahead and try and run a League 1 club if you have a spare £100m in the bank.
