I would really like to see us go to 3 at the back and playing against 10 men tonight (and against Wigan) were obvious opportunities to do that. It is a benefit of having a CB covering at FB that we could simply shift him inside, push Kane further forward with a winger on the other side. To continue with 4 at the back when Kane went off just did not make sense to me

I also thought it was crying out for Harvey to come on when they went down to 10 before I realised he wasn't in the squad! Freeman and Louis T don't quite offer the same creativity (although they do at least manage to drive the ball forward) and I would explore all other options before daring to move Kemp out of his best position
