I'm seriousness, I recall Evans saying in an interview that some players weren't available due to the pitch. Butle being the main one.

It's just how that all came about and the falling outs where Evans didn't share.

I'm sure Evans would tell us he let the players not play who had injury fears, whereas the story from Butler's side is he didn't bring his boots etc so couldn't be played.
