Aye, which clubs were voted against after winning the league, but never made it up in the end?

Kiddy, Macc and us won the conference in 94, 95 and 96, but did not make the grade of minimum ground standards which needed to be in place by the December of that season, but we all got up in the end afterwards (eventually, for us, 14 years later). Funny how we're the only one still there now though)
