Bazza dropped down because his legs necessitated it.

Coaching is a bit different from playing.

To coach at Arsenal you need to be in the top 1% of coaches. To coach at Stevenage, you dont.

He either isnt good enough to work higher or doesnt want to anymore.

Simple.
