My guess is he was very good, you dont get to coach at elite level at Arsenal if you arent.

But that he isnt anymore.

You don't drop multiple levels to a tiny club that pays relative peanuts, but is conveniently close to home, unless you've either lost a lot of the passion or a lot of the ability.
