I listened, it sounded shite.

Sometimes it takes a little while for a new team to gel with new coaches.

We know we have a decent squad now. Give him a chance to get a tune out of them.

I didn't particularly want him and had my reservations. But I'm also prepared to back the Chairman's judgement for more than 4 games.
