No.Seens they owe around 1.2M and made up some of
tax..I would take a guess that's the most is the tax and maybe mainly PAYE they deducted on behalf of employees ,so not theirs,, but decided to keep hold of to pay for other things . So If do find buyer will still owe around £600,000.00 even if Parents gift waived .Even then can't see many buyers with that as a starting point..
